The game will find the toc files in the expected places and list the addons correctly. The game looks inside the AuctioneerFullSuite folder for a file named AuctioneerFullSuite.toc, which isn't there, so nothing inside the folder is listed or loaded. In this case, you've mistakenly set up your files like so: If the toc file is not found there, AddonOne won't be listed because that file contains all of the information to show at the character select screen. For every folder named AddonName in Addons, it checks for the AddonName.toc file right inside and only at that exact location.
